Abstract

It's the fundamental guarantee for the success of the cause of socialist modernization to foster good citizenship of the people and shape the mature socialist citizen.This paper analyzes the main reasons for weak civic awareness,and proposes to promote the civic consciousness,awareness of civil rights,civic sense of obligation,citizen awareness of law,civic virtue of the publicity and education to start and strengthen the cultivation of civic awareness,to adapt to the development of China's modernization needs.
