Abstract

Based on the existing condition,the paper systematically analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of developing modern logistics in Xi'an city with SWOT and puts forward relevant countermeasures and advices.SWOT analysis is proposed by Andrew,a Harvard University Professor,through the analysis of internal benefits(strengths)and disadvantages(weaknesses),judgments of external opportunities facing(opportunities)and challenges(threats),appropriate strategic advices will be eventually proposed.
