Abstract
This paper detailed discussed the basic theory of the techniques and tactics in Fencing,sports,so that coaches and players can grasp the characteristics of techniques and tactics,and know the objective laws of events and improve the training effects.In addition,it can give support for the research and development of basic theory system of techniques and tactics in Fencing,sports in our country.
