Abstract
Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) is a family of protein enzymes degrading the extracellular matrix.MMP expression correlates with tumor growth, invasion and metastasis closely, and has gradually become a new target of cancer treatment. In recent years, the study of MMP-2,MMP-9 in leukemia has become a hot topic in research. In this article, the structure and function of MMP-2 and MMP-9,the mechanisms of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in leukemic cell invasion and metastasis,as well as their relationship with clinical effectiveness and prognosis in leukemia were discussed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
