Abstract
Black soybean esterase was immobilized by Cl-type of 717 anion exchange resin coped with acid and alkali solution. Then optimun immobilized conditions were obtained through single factor and orthogonal test. Results show that optimun immobilization conditions were a diluted 50 times solution of crude enzyme,an immobilization temperature of 25 ℃,and an immobilization time of 9 hours.Under these conditions.Meanwhile, the recovery rate of immobilized enzyme was 55.87 %.The inhibition experiments to the Omethoate showed that: the immobilized enzyme had a good linear relationship with the concentration change of Omethoate. The corresponding regression equation was y=17.605x+57.437.
