An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Capital Structure in Our Listed Company

With the maturity of the capital market, the company must endeavor to achieve optimal capital structure through efficient capital management. Based on the existing results of the studies on capital structure and the annual reports, this paper gives an empirical study on the influencing factors of the capital structure, and gives some suggestions to improve the capital structure.
