Research on Water Resource Supply Chain in River Basin Ecological Compensation

With the growing shortage and increasing pollution of water resources,a reasonable allocation of basin water resources is becoming an important area of research in river basin ecological compensation mechanism.Market allocation of water resources is conducive to the effective protection and rational exploitation of water resources in the whole basin.The basin water resources market has a typical supply chain characteristic by theoretical analysis.Supply chain theory and methods are used in market allocation of basin water resources,and the concept of river basin water supply chain is proposed systematically.Basin two-tier supply chain model of water resources is built in this paper.In order to improve the water supply chain efficiency,a method of using transfer payments to coordinate the supply chain of river basin water resource is proposed,and the transfer payment standard is also calculated.Finally,the policy recommendations are proposed to show that related subjects of river basin are willing to participate in river basin ecological compensation and compensation.
