Abstract

To establish ecological compensation mechanism for water and soil conservation can mobilize effectively not only the enthusiasm of constructers devoting themselves to soil and water conservation but also can restrict those behaviors causing the loss of water and soil,consequently,to protect the soil and water environment,realizing the sustainable development of the social economy.The water system is developed in the Zhujiang river basin,the current situation on soil and water erosion and the level of the social economy development is differential greatly between provinces within the river basin.As the object studied,relative important theory and principle about ecological compensation for soil and water conservation in the Zhujiang river basin are analyzed and how to improve scientifically and effectively the system of ecological compensation for soil and water conservation for the Zhujiang river basin in further are probed in the study.
