Abstract

Taking UC Davis for example,the paper analyses the features of student management in America's state universities:the social-oriented values in student personality development,service work as demanded by student need, flat vertical management framework,student participation in organizations,etc.The author holds that these features are valuable models for the improvement of student management in China's higher education institutions.
