Abstract

In order to understand the safety of 40% emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos EW for cabbage and soil, the residues of emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos in samples of cabbage plant and soil were determined by HPLC-FLD and GC-ECD,respectively.While,the degradation dynamics of emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil were researched through field experiment. The results showed that emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos dissipated rapidly in cabbage and soil, the half-lives of emamectin benzoate in cabbage and soil were 17.68 and 40.52 h,respectively, the half-lives of chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil were 1.54~4.68 days and 4.13d~15.40 days, respectively. Therefore, the 40% emamectin benzoate and chlorpyrifos EW is an easily degradable pesticide, and it is safe for cabbage and soil.
