Abstract

Effects of nutrient regulation at late stage on quality and yield of high quality edible rice are studied with one early rice variety (Zhongjian 100) and one two line early hybrid combination (Xiangliangyou 68) and one late rice variety (Zhongxiang 1) By spraying compound nutrient regulators at heading stage,we probe into the effects of nutrient regulators on yield and its components, rice grain quality and some physiological characters The results show that some formulas are beneficial to enhance the activity of roots and SOD,POX in flag leaves, effectively increase the chlorophyll content of leaves and have obvious effects on the delay of the senescence of plant roots and leaves and promotion of seed setting In addition they are beneficial to the formation of yield and grain quality Eleven tested compound nutrient regulators reveal that formula M 6,M 7 are the best for early rice and formula Q 2 for late rice
