Effects of Quyuhuazhuo Method on the Expression of Hepatocyte Cytochrome P_(450)IIE1 in Rats with Fatty Liver

Objective:To study the effect of Quyuhuazhuo Method on the expression of hepatocyte cytochrome P450ⅡE1 in rats with fatty liver.Methods:A total of 52 Wistar rats,after the fed adaptive control for a week in the laboratory,were randomly divided into blank group,model group,essentiale group,Tiaozhiji Medicinal Granule group,Liuweidihuang Pill group.The fatty liver models of rats were established by alcohol and high fat diet.The Tiaozhiji Medicinal Granule group and Liuweidihuang Pill group were set as positive control group.The serum levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ALT,GGT,and the expression of the cytochrome P450ⅡE1(CYP2E1),liver weight,liver coefficient and histological examination were recorded.Results:The liver tissue of the model group rats appeared the fat denaturation.The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ALT,GGT,and liver coefficient of model group were higher,and HDL-C was lower than blank group.Tiaozhiji Medicinal Granule could reduce liver coefficient and the content of TC,TG,ALT,GGT,LDL-C,increase the content of HDL-C,and inhibit the expression of the cytochrome P450ⅡE1.Conclusion:The Quyuhuazhuo Method can inhibit the expression of the cytochrome P450ⅡE1 and relieve the fat denaturation by anti lipid peroxidation.
