Abstract
In order to study the changes of nutrient absorption,yield and quality in Solanum tuberosum L.under different potassium levels,a field experiment with randomized block design was conducted,including 3 potassium treatments(K1:0kg/ha,K2:75.00kg/ha,and K3:112.50kg/ha)and 3 replications.The results showed that the dry matter accumulation of Solanum tuberosum L.was the highest in K3 treatment,which was 42.16% and 37.29% higher than K1 and K2,respectively;the nitrogen uptake of K1,K2and K3 treatments reached to 220.39,235.31 and 306.46kg/ha in harvest;the phosphorus uptake of K3was 20.38% higher than that of K2in harvest;and the potassium uptake of K3 treatment reached to 204.48kg/ha in harvest,64.44% and 26.14% higher than K1and K2,respectively.K3 treatment had the highest yield,increased by 97.48% and 44.47% compared to K1and K2.With the increase of potassium amount,the content of reducing sugar increased,while the vitamin C decreased.The results suggested that the optimum amount of potassium fertilizer was 112.50kg/ha for potato in Heilongjiang.
