Abstract

It has been explicitly pointed in the report to the Sixteenth National Congress of CPC that to develop the socialism democratic politics and construct the socialism political civilization are significant goals of the socialism construction. Under the leadership of the Party, constructing social political civilization is both one of the contents of the Marxist theories and reflects the fundamental demand of the development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
