On the Development of Private Vocational Education in Yunnan Province in the Background of the Coordinative Development of Urban and Rural Areas

China has entered a crucial metaphase period of industrialization,and the coordinative development of urban and rural areas is not only consistent with the basic characteristics of the relationship between urban and rural areas in China,but also has a strategic significance.In view of the following existing situation of private vocational education in Yunnan province: lack of policy support,misconceptions on the private vocational education,weak teacher resources,and lack of long-term plan,the paper suggests that private vocational education in Yunnan province should grasp the opportunity of the coordinative development of urban and rural areas,highlight the feature of flexible mechanism,be oriented by market,attach importance to skill and innovation education,reinforce the cooperation with enterprises,strengthen the construction of the teacher resources,and improve the teaching quality.In this way,can private vocational education develop its own feature with scientific management and accurate orientation and serve the coordinative development of urban and rural areas.
