Abstract
Mining investment directly determines the mining company's future condition of resources allocation,and directly changes its production and operation content,structure and capacity.In order to increase the scientific degree of decision-making process for mining investment,the study of its fundamental framework is very necessary.The generalized fundamental framework of the decision-making process for mining investment is obtained by analyzing and summarizing an example of overseas mining investment,including the key steps such as environmental evaluation and project valuation,and the method of environment appraisal and real options applied in it is studied.Mining companies can use this framework as a tool to support decision-making.
