Abstract
Syphilis, a chtonic infectious disease, with complicated clinical manifestaion, long course and huge perniciousness, and complete treponema pallidum(TP) is unable to culture in clinical for a long time, which leads hinders in the antigen study based on TP. In latest years, with the constant and deeper study on the TP genes, it reached a big process that the study on related antigens of TP genes. The diagnosis of sphilis is based on serology currently, so it would be helpful for the treatment of syphilis that mastering related serology diagnosis. This paper is a summary about the research progress on gene recombinant antigen of TP and its serology diagnosis.
