Human Capital Property and Its Quantitative Analysis

The theory of human capital is the necessary product of the economic theory in a certain development stage.And we have to solve the problem of the property and quantification of human capital while the theory of human capital has been developed to a certain degree.In the strict sense,the theoretical basis of human capital property is Marx's theory of labor value which provides the theoretical basis for human capital property.Though the importance of human capital is explained by the existing theories of human capital,the basis for human capital property has not been clarified.According to the human capital property theory of Schults and based on the review of other researchers,the author argues that it is very rational and feasible to take the level of wages as the basis for the quantification of human capital.
