On the Problem of National Treasury of Chinese Bank Branches under the New Situation

This paper explored such problems as legal construction on national treasury delayed,unreasonable employment,increasing risk of the national treasury fund,incomplete reform on the financial administrative system,and so on.And a series of measures were proposed on issuing the national treasury law as soon as possible,reasonable human resource arrangement,manipulating modern technologies to decrease the risk of national treasury fund and completing the administrative system reform on the national treasury.
