Research an improved model on toll rate of management toll

In previous researches, the toll rate models did not take the income taxes into consideration, which has direct influence on freeway operator's benefits. Therefore, the toll rate formula should be corrected. The method of determining the toll rates of high-grade highway is the focal point of this paper. Taking the influence factors of toll system and overload into consideration, put forward an improving model on toll rate calculating. The validity of the model has been tested and analyzed by using real examples.
