Abstract
Objective Purpose of observation of Kai Sai Lu retention enema treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia urine retention results.Methods 72 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients in the use of traditional urine retention induced voiding invalid,using different doses(40 ml,60ml,80ml) Kai Sai Lu retention enema treatment,observation and defecation,urination time.Results Of 72 cases of urinary retention of patients in 36 cases defecation,urination,and the total efficiency of 89.8 percent.60ml group and 80 ml group was significantly higher than 10 ml,while the 60 ml and 80 ml group between the groups was not significant.Conclusion Kai Sai Lu retention enema can promote urination,Kai Sai Lu amount in 60~80ml suitable.
