The game analysis of duopolistic about knowledge spillover and spatial agglomeration

Abstract

Knowledge spillover is an important variable which has an effect on location choice of production and innovation of a company.Based on G-S mode the article introduces the condition of vertical production differentiation and thought that RD activity helps to improve quality which is a kind of product innovation.Then we consider a three-location duopoly model and discuss the effect of knowledge spillover on location choice and spatial agglomeration.
