Abstract
Seed germination rate of wheat(‘LM15’) was significantly decreased with 150 mmol·L-1 NaCl treatment, while addition of 0.08 mmol·L-1 SNP into 150 mmol·L-1 NaCl solution markedly enhanced seed germination rate.SNP supply did not affect final seed germination rate, seed water content and the contents of Na+ and K+ in embryos of both control and NaCl-treated seeds. However,SNP supply significantly increased embryo water content of both control and NaCl-treated seeds.
