Abstract

A family of generalized Bezier curve with a shape parameter was presented in the space of hyperbolic function, called as HC-bezier curves.Generalized hyperbolic polynomial curve has good properties similar to bezier curves. With the shape parameters, the introduced curves also could be adjusted when control points being fixed.Hyperbolic polynomial curves could represent straight lines, conic and hyperbolas exactly.
