The Realization and Analysis of P2P Communication Based on UDP

Abstract

The problem that an internal host can initiate a connection to an external host or to another internal one is the crux in the realization of P2P(peer to peer) communications to realize peer to peer connection in spite of that they are behind different NAT(Network Address Translation).This paper discusses the principle of the NAT traversal based on UDP(User Datagram Protocol).Moreover,a realization of P2P communications based on UDP is given.
