Abstract
Buckwheat seedlings with different salt tolerance were used as experimental materials.Physiological indexes of buckwheat seedlings were determined through adding different concentrations of K+and Mg2+under salt stress. The results showed that the appropriate concentrations of K+and Mg2+treatment could significantly decrease the plasmalemma permeability of leaves and MDA molality of buckwheat under salt stress, the salt-tolerant buckwheat variety decreased more, and that could significantly increase the roots vigor of buckwheat seedlings and leaves chlorophyll mass fraction and SOD activity under salt stress, and the salt-sensitive buckwheat variety increased more. The optimal concentrations of K+and Mg2+treatment were 20mmol/L and 10mmol/L respectively, the effect of Mg2+treatment was better than that of K+.
