Abstract
The Code of Criminal Law in Macao is a code of criminal law which has a distinct regional feature.Its legislation idea and technology and some specific criminal policies have reflected the latest findings of the current criminal law.The code takes the responsibility of the persuasion education and social defence.It has played an important role in keeping the social order.But it also reveals some problems when it is being carried out.This thesis is written to compare and study the basis issues of the general law between the continental criminal law and that of the criminal law in Macao,such as the basic principles,the concept and component of the crime.So that people can obtain much more knowledge.
