Abstract

The 17th Party Congress of CPC has pointed out that to attain the objectives of the economic growth,it is essential to accelerate the transformation of economic growth pattern and improve the system of socialist market economy.The mode transformation should not only focus on the change of in the economic areas,but should rather concentrate on and pursue the raise of and the optimization of structure in the process of economic running,which is the ideological success from the quantity type to the quality type of economic development and also the key and guarantee for quickening our country's pace to an overall well-off society.
