Abstract
The constructing of a harmonious relationship between the police and the public has a global significance in the present public security work.With the construction of a harmonious society becoming an apparent spiritual essence of the age,the constructing of a harmonious relationship between the police and the public has not only a possibility in historical logic,but plays a role of fundamental significance and practical needs in social relation improving,contradictions resolving,harmony promoting as well as social fairness and justice maintaining.Facing the new situation,it is necessary to classify the constructing work of PPR as the top subject for our research,making even great progress in the public security and team constructing work by recognizing the task,analyzing the situation and seeking countermeasures.
