Abstract

This paper expounds the important significance of strengthening the management of the centralized payment through the national treasury, and in the light of the shortages of the current management system of centralized payment through the national treasury, puts forward some concrete measures for strengthening the management of the centralized payment through the national treasury from aspects of perfecting the management system, strengthening the internal control, transforming the concept, strengthening the network construction, and improving the team quality, etc.
