Abstract

Objective To investigate the treatment of acute cerebral infarction Ozagrel clinical efficacy and its impact on prognosis. Methods To treat 80 cases of acute cerebral infarction according to admission time were randomly divided into experimental and control groups of the 40 cases,Ozagrel experimental treatment group, the control group used the needle Danshen treatment regimens two weeks, while the reasonable control of blood pressure, reduce the intracranial pressure and its complications and related complications.Line before and after treatment the concentration of fibrinogen, blood viscosity, such as laboratory tests, and follow-up observation of clinical efficacy in March. Results Efficacy of the experimental group wassuperior to the control group(P 0.05),the experimental group occurred in March also TIA or cerebral infarction is less than the control group, the difference wassignificant(P 0.05).Conclusions Ozagrel effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and can effectively improve their prognosis.
