Abstract

To explore the effect of Kwoninone on the expression of integrin αv and anoikis in HSCT6.HSC-T6 cells were treated with Kwoninone in different concentration(30,60,120,240,480 and 960 mg/L,respectively) or without treatment as control.The expression of integrin αv in various groups were detected by Western blot.The expression of integrin αv in Kwoninone treated cells significantly decreased.The decrease was in dose-dependent manner comparing with the control group(P0.05).Kwoninone can suppress the expression of integrin αv.
