Observing the clinical effect of total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis

Objective To explore the effect of the Total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis.Methods Selected 48 patients with avascular necrosis(48 hips) .based on the positive control Complications,all the patients treated by total hip arthroplasty,epidural anesthesia or general anesthesia,postoperative use antibiotics and anticoagulants.investigating the Fracture healing and the incidence of complications in patients.Application of Harris hip score for evaluation of treatment.Results After treatment,Harris score of patients is a signicant increase,limb length good recovery,no limb shortening,deformity fracture healing occurred.Patients without complications,such as infection,lower limb nerve injury,deep vein thrombosis and joint dislocation.Conclusion Application of total hip arthroplasty for avascular necrosis is effective,fewer complications,improved patient quality of life.
