Discussion on the oral English teaching strategies in university

In modern society, college students are required to have more and more high capacity on oral English. Therefore, the oral English teaching should be emphasized in college English teaching. In this paper, the oral English teaching strategies are discussed from aspects of teaching model, teachers’ role and quality, which can serve as a reference to enhance the public English teaching quality in our country.
