Abstract

By means of the argument between practical materialism and dialectical materialism,we can see that it is not easy for practical materialism to be established as a system,and it cannot take the place of dialectical materialism.The correctness of the basic principle of dialectical materialism is undoubted though with a cartain weakness.We should carry out theoretical innovation under the guidance of the basicprinciple of Marxist philosophy,thus establish a new pattern of it to meet the need of the times.
