Abstract

The Communist International had provided help for the Communist Party’s birth on the theory, thought, organization foundation, the first meeting convening, and so on. The Communist Party’s birth was the most important historical event which the society of China occurred in the 20th century and caused the Chinese appearance to be changed beyond recognition.
