Abstract

Metal switchgear cabinet inside and circuit breaker contacts temperature rise,circuit breaker mechanical characteristics and circuit breaker contacts arc burning wearing are main causes to cause switchgear equipment faulting,to carry out effective real-time monitor-ing is the key to achieve switchgear maintenance transfer.Introduction was made to CG2061 type high-voltage circuit breaker contacts tem-perature rise on-line measurement principle and application and permanent magnetic operating mechanism circuit breaker remote monitoring technology and circuit breaker contacts arc burning wearing monitoring technology.Analysis was made to circuit breaker breaking action coil current wave form and dynamic iron core displacement relationship.Example were made to calculation method of circuit breaker short circuit breaking off current and breaking off times,pointed out that to take operation matured on-line monitoring technology into design and manufacture can reduce the installation cost of electrical appliance prduct in on-line monitoring system unit reducing unnecessary work.
