Abstract

Starting from the features of the construction of public cultural service system,this paper analyzes the present situation of and existing problems in the cultural construction of Rui'an City,and puts forward some countermeasures for further perfecting the sound and efficient public cultural service system with rational structure and covering both urban and rural areas.
