Abstract

Florfenicol suspension injection was prepared with florfenicol(active pharmacological ingredient) by orthogonal experiments and dispersal method,and the concentration of florfenicol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet.The results of quality evaluation showed that the present suspension injection was characterized by non-sedimentation,easy-redispersion,low-irritation and suitable for injection which met the related requirements of pharmaceutics.
