Abstract
The grades of copper, lead and zinc of a Cu-Pb-Zn polymetallic sulfide ore from Xinjing are respectively 0.11%,1.45% and 1.59%,with complex ore texture, the metasomatic and symbiotic relationships of copper, lead and zinc minerals are very close. In view of the characteristics of the ore,a technological flow-sheet consisting of partial bulk flotation of copper and lead minerals, the separation of copper and lead in mixed concentrate using new depressor TZ-12 with cyanogens, chromium and pollution to depress copper and float lead and the flotation of zinc from the bulk flotation tailings was adopted,so the maximum recovery of lead and zinc and copper could be achieved,a lead concentrate with grade of 57.46%,lead recovery of 85.59%,a zinc concentrate with grade of 41.05% and zinc recovery of 67.28% were obtained.
