Abstract
The emergence of new modernity of industrial East Asia changes the original situation in which the western modernity controls the world.American Bostonian Confucian scholar TU Wei-ming experiences the peculiar characteristics of eastern and western culture and tries to carry out a systematic study and profound examination of the relation between creatively transformed new Confucian ethics and the modernity of East Asian against a global background.
