A Summary on Corpus Linguistics Studies in China

With the development of corpus linguistics,the spread of the knowledge of this field and the unprece- dented development of computer technology,corpus linguistics has had a great influence on many fields in language research.This paper starts with a brief introduction of the history of English corpus linguistics in China,then de- scribes the application of corpus linguistics in many other fields of research,and finally tries to predict the trend in the development of corpus linguistics.
