Abstract
Objective:To explore relation of hepatitis B patients HBV antibodies positive pattern and the content of HBV DNA. Methods: HBVM, the content of HBV DNA and liver function of hepatitis B (96 cases) was examined. Results: The content of HBV DNA of the group of HBsAg/HBeAb/HBcAb and the group of HBsAg/HBcAb is higher than the HBcAb group and the group of HB-sAb/HBeAb/HBcAb , compared with the last 2 groups, the former 2 groups have significance difference ( P 0.01 ). According to clinical analysis , the positive rate of HBV DNA is HLC ( 85.5% ) CH ( 76.5% ) AH ( 12.5% ). Conclusion: Hepatitis B patients with HBV antibody positive have infection , it maintains higher duplication in partial patients in the most patients, HBV DNA duplicated low level continued . The result of this paper suggested that virus duplicated actively in chronic hepatitis B, which have disorder of immunity function , and can not remove virus . HBV DNA duplicates continuously in partially patient with HBeAb positive pattern.
