Abstract

In order to study the factors influencing aviation human error accidents/incidents,several traditional aviation human error accident/incident analysis models were analyzed based on human error theories.Drawing lessons from the analysis frame of ECCAIRS and the logic of EEAM and Classification method of CCAR(China Civil Aviation Regulations)396,a new aviation accident/incident analysis model-ECARM was built,that can analyze aviation accidents or unsafe incidents from four levels which are events,description factors,explanatory factors and organizational factors and recommendations.The concept of organizational factors was introduced to accident analysis to deepen the depth of the model;and accident analysis was ultimately comes down to the recommendations on preventing aviation human errors.
