On the Innovation of Library Management of Universities in the 21st Century

Abstract

Based on the definition and characteristics of university library management innovation, this paper discusses, from the point of view of management, some obstacles and lack of required conditions for library management innovation of universities in the times and knowledge economy. Several new conceptions are therefore suggested as to adapt to the changes of information, strengthen the management innovation for library of unversities.
