Engineering machinery steering system failure analysis

This paper analyzes the engineering machinery steering system of common four fault,it is respectively: steering heavy,steering ineffective,steering failure and steering dish is not right.In the above failure analysis combination of all parts of fault phenomena,analyzes the reasons of malfunction,for reasons combining since itself practice experiences,puts forward the general method to remove the faults.This paper focuses on the steering heavy this failure analysis,discusses the mechanical steering gear steering heavy plate and the reason of power steering gear steering dish heavy reasons for two different redirector produce heavy reason gives corresponding solutions.
