Abstract

Through the researching the effect of screw drilling tools drilling with PDC bit on drilling fluid properties , we've got its effect rule on drilling fluid properties, such as solids content, solids grain diameter distribution, rheology, filter and lubricity, and also including maintenance disposal amount, excogitated drilling fluid technology for drilling by screw drilling tools with PDC bit. It has been applied in 14 wells,we've found that can completely meet the requirements of drilling fluid technolongy for drilling by screw drilling tools with PDC bit, and we also analyse the economic technical benefits.
