Analysis of three-phase bridge rectifier power factor correction

Abstract

In view of the low value of three-phase bridge rectifier input power factor is analyzed,and made the analysis and comparison about different topology of three-phase bridge rectifier circuit structure and control method.In this paper,though introducing the Boost secondary circuit which use the method of hysteresis loop control and adding the corresponding three-phase input filter circuit to complete correction of a three-phase bridge rectifier input power factor,the three-phase bridge rectifier input power factor has increased to 0.994 from 0.950 by using the Boost secondary control.The circuit used in this paper has the advantages of simple structure,easy control,low cost and performance advantages,and through Matlab/simulink simulation and the calculation of related data, confirmed the superiority of this method.
