Abstract

In this paper, the extraction technology of polysaccharide from Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus and Flammulina velueipes by means of fruit body extraction and cultivated mycelium on liquid medium was studied. The extraction procedures of polysaccharide of fruit body was as follow:preparation of crude polysaccharide, purification of semi-purified polysaccharide, pepsin hydrolyze etc. The average content of pure polysaccharide in fruit body from Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus and Flammulina velueipes was 15?mg/100?g,7.8?mg/100?g and 26.64?mg/100?g,respectively.The polysaccharide was identified by means of carbazole reaction and filter paper chromatography. The average yield of polysaccharide in cultivated mycelium on liquid medium of Lentinus edodes and Flammulina velueipes was 15.2?mg/50?g and 20.4?mg/50?g.And compared the polysaccharide yield of Lentinus edodes and Flammulina velueipes, the results showed: the polysaccharide yield of Flammulina velueipes extracted from cultivated mycelium on liquid medium was the greatest. The extraction technology of polysaccharide by means of fruit body extraction and cultivated mycelium in liquid medium was confirmed, and the polysaccharide yield extracted from mycelium on liquid medium was higher than extracted from fruit body.
