Abstract
It’s a soundable way to organize amateur chorus and carry out chorus training among non-music majors in order to improve the musical comprehensive qualities of university students.The conductor,a leader of a chorus with high professional levels and personal charm,should cooperate well with the staff of the chorus to create a better art circumstances and atmosphere so as to improve the art level of the chorus.
